How are donuts made?

Donuts are automatically cut by the press-cutting donut machine and then accurately placed onto proofing trays. The trays are automatically conveyed through an electronically controlled proofer, where the donuts rise under precisely controlled conditions.

Once proofing is complete, the donuts are automatically transferred to the fryer. The proofer speed is synchronized with the fryer and cooling conveyor, ensuring a smooth, continuous production process and consistent donut quality.
