How does the egg grading machine work?

Eggs are conveyed sequentially through a weighing station, where electronic sensors precisely weigh each egg, and the signal is transmitted to the control system (such as a PLC). Afterwards, the system, based on preset weight classes, uses an “egg ejector” or “egg release device” to push the eggs into different collection areas at appropriate locations, completing the sorting process.
