How does the commercial coffee roasting machine work?
The operating principle is simple and efficient. Green coffee beans tumble evenly inside a rotating drum. A burner provides direct heat to the beans. The burner can use gas or electric heating. A hot-air system provides additional roasting heat. These heating methods work together during roasting. The beans change from green to roasted coffee.
The entire roasting process takes 15 to 20 minutes.
