How the Candy Production Line Works?

1. Sugar Cooking Process

White sugar, glucose syrup, and other ingredients are mixed and cooked in the sugar cooking unit until reaching the required syrup or paste consistency.

2. Candy Depositing & Forming

The cooked sugar paste is transferred to the candy depositing machine, which accurately pours the candy into molds based on preset weight and shape. Different molds allow the production of various candy designs.

3. Cooling & Solidification

After depositing, the candy molds are placed on the cooling system. Once cooled and solidified, the candies are ready for demolding and packaging.

This streamlined process ensures uniform candy shape, stable weight, and consistent quality.
